PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our handcrafted rosewood furniture accurately. Natural wood grain, shade, texture, dimensions and finish may vary slightly because each item is handcrafted and screens display colours differently.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is accepted only after we confirm it and receive the required payment. Prices, availability and product details may change without notice. Please review all product specifications, measurements, delivery access and customisation details before confirming your order.

READY AND CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Ready products are normally prepared for dispatch within approximately one week. Customised and made-to-order products normally require approximately 45 days for production. These are estimates and may vary depending on design, material availability and workload.

SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Transit time is additional to preparation or production time. International customers must contact SI Timber and Furniture directly before placing an order. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination-country fees. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND DAMAGE

Returns, exchanges and cancellations require prior approval and are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customised or made-to-order items are reviewed individually. Any damage or issue must be reported promptly with clear photographs and videos. Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping, customs and import charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We may correct errors in product descriptions, prices, availability or other website information and may update or cancel an affected order where necessary.
