SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

READY PRODUCTS
Ready products are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately one week after the order is confirmed. Shipping and transit time is additional and may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier availability, product size, and accessibility at the destination.

CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Customized and made-to-order furniture generally requires approximately 45 days for production. This is an estimated production period and may vary depending on the design, material availability, finishing requirements, and order complexity. Shipping and transit time is additional.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are processed after the required order details, customization specifications, delivery address, and payment arrangements have been confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers must contact SI Timber and Furniture directly before placing or confirming an international order. International availability, shipping charges, production timeline, delivery estimate, packaging requirements, and serviceability will be confirmed individually by the store.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
For international shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, destination fees, and other government or carrier charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by SI Timber and Furniture.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All stated timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customization, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, destination restrictions, or circumstances outside the store's reasonable control.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Customers should inspect the product and packaging at delivery. If the product appears damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact the store promptly with the order details and clear photographs or videos.
